Why are our eggs so different from store-bought eggs? We create an environment that comes as close as possible to what a chicken would choose on its own if it could. They rotate around the pasture in a movable hoop house, surrounded by a “yard” enclosed in electrified netting to keep out the local coyotes and raccoons.
